The optimized product structure features anti-leakage, anti-static, and anti-corrosion characteristics. The stainless-steel weighing pan is also resistant to corrosion and oxidation.
The ES-J 220A includes a high-precision humidity sensor to effectively reduce the impact of environmental humidity on weighing, as well as a high-sensitivity temperature sensor to minimize sensitivity to temperature changes. Additionally, a sensor protection device safeguards the balance sensor from damage during transportation.
Clear glass windshields allow samples to be observed from multiple directions and angles during the weighing process. These windshields are also detachable for easy cleaning. The ES-J 220 LCD screen is clear and bright, featuring an intuitive layout that makes it convenient for users to read weighing results. A built-in RS232 two-way communication interface enables seamless connection between the balance and a computer or micro-printer. Weighing results can also be transferred to other open applications, such as a PC.
The auto-calibration system of the ES-J 220A activates automatically when the temperature changes by 1.5°C or if the last calibration exceeds 2 hours. This eliminates potential errors caused by infrequent calibration or inaccurate external weights, ensuring more accurate and reliable weighing results.
